Walking past shop hears his voice from inside
RYOGA

INSIDE OF OKONOMIYAKI SHOP
AKANE (In RYOGA's body)
turns to see who is calling
SPX SLOW MOTION
The water narrowly misses Akane (Ryoga) and
leaves the shop through the front curtains
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice, from
outside)
WAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
UKYOU
Covers her mouth in surprise,
Her eyes get big,
she blushes
UKYOU
Oops!
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
Wa?
OUTSIDE OF OKONOMIYAKI SHOP
RYOGA (P-CHAN)
Is standing in a puddle of Akane's wet clothes
He has Akane's headband around his neck
RYOGA (P-CHAN) from outside
BAWEEE!!!!
AKANE (In RYOGA's and voice)
Appears through o-shop curtains
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
P-CHAN!

Picks up P-CHAN and hugs Him
Background fades and flowers appear
UKYOU
Appears through o-shop curtains
Pushes some background flowers out of the way
Stands with her arms crossed
AKANE (in RYOGA's and voice)

What is this? (tugging on the kneck band)
This looks like...
UKYOU
Hmm, I didn't know you two were friends
I thought you'd be jealous
P-chan spends a lot with Akane, you know?
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)

Puts her hand behind her head in the embarrassed pose
UKYOU
Picks up some of Akane's wet clothes
UKYOU
Where did these come from?
These look like Akane's!
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Grabs them from Ukyou

RYOGA (P-CHAN)
Looks up at Akane, his eyes get big
A huge sweat drop appears
AKANE (to herself in her own voice)
This must mean....
RYOGA (P-CHAN)
sweat raining off
CLOSE UP OF PCHAN'S EYES

Eyes begin to get watery
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)

Ryo...oh no! ...Akane is in trouble!
RYOGA (P-CHAN)
Collapses his ears

Runs off down street with P-Chan and the clothes

Freezes in mid step, slightly tilted
He is visibly shaken by what he sees

Falls to ground fingers in surprise position.

Rubs his eyes

Shakes head with eyes closed
Opens one eye

Walk off
RYOGA (P-CHAN)

Is walking on the fence, has regained some semblance of
normalcy
AKANE (In RYOGA's body)
Walking on the sidewalk
P-CHAN (In Akane's arms)
RANMA-KUN
So, what happened, P-Chan?
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Don't bother him.
RANMA-KUN
hmm. So----------, RYOGA, who's your friend?
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Don't bother me.
RANMA-KUN
OK then, maybe I'll just let you find your own way
back.
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Go ahead, P-Chan knows the way.
RANMA-KUN
Oh Yeah, right.
P-CHAN (Nods )
Bwee. Bwee. Snort.
OVERHEAD SHOT
As they walk away into the distance (Voices get more distant)
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Just shut up and lead the way.
RANMA-KUN
O.K. But...
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Never mind.
TENDOU HOME ENTRY WAY
RANMA-KUN and RYOGA arrive
RANMA-KUN
Tadaima [I'm Home]
KASUMI and NABIKI enter from house (Nabiki is eating a rice cake)
KASUMI
Ara, RYOGA-kun, Ranma.
I'm worried, Akane went out by herself looking for you,
and she's not feeling well.
NABIKI
I think you'd better go look for her, Saotome.
She seemed pretty agitated about something.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
G-g-gone?
RANMA, We've got to go find her
RANMA-KUN
No, way, RYOGA.
I'll go alone, you'll only get lost again, even with
your new navigator pal here. (Pat - Pats P-Chan)
P-CHAN

RANMA-KUN
KASUMI, why don't you put these two someplace where
they can't wander off. I'm getting tired of playing
St. Bernard.
RANMA runs out door
OUTSIDE of TENDOU GATE (dusk)
RANMA runs out and down street, Jumps up to roof tops and
resumes running.
RANMA-KUN
AKANE! Where are you?
TENDOU LIVING ROOM
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice) sits at table
KASUMI
RYOGA-kun, you stay here a while, I'll go make
Tea. (leaves)
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Hai.
NABIKI looks at "RYOGA", then at P-Chan, then at RYOGA.
NABIKI
Hmm. There's something very strange going on around
here today. I'd have never guessed you two were
friends.
P-CHAN
Wiggles free from RYOGA's arms and runs out towards the
bath.
AKANE (in RYOGA's body and voice)
Hey, come back P-chan, What's wrong?
TENDOU BATH
BGM: Panda Bath.
P-Chan enters, dragging robe, jumps to tub edge and jumps into the
water.
Pan to left of tub, SOUN is sitting in tub.
Sound of water as "Akane" emerges.
SOUN
Ano, moshi moshi? [Um, hello?]
POV SOUN
"AKANE" reaches out of the tub and grabs the robe, pulling it around
herself as she leaves the water, her back to SOUN.
She walks across the room leaves through the sliding door.
SOUN appears rattled, the slips beneath the surface.
SOUN
Ano, Moshi Moshi? [Um, hello?]
Moshi Moshi? [hello?]
Glub. Glub. Glub. [Gaba Gaba Gaba]
TENDOU LIVING ROOM
"AKANE"
in robe enters
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
RYOGA?
RYOGA (in Akane's (Robed) body and voice)
AKANE?
NABIKI
You guys are weirding me out.
RYOGA and AKANE (At the same time)
We gotta talk.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
Lets go to my room and get you dressed.
RYOGA (in Akane's (Robed) body and voice)
Um (blushes)
NABIKI
That's it. You're both crazy.
(Slams hands on table)
(shouting) Kasumi-onechan! Kasumi!
AKANE and RYOGA
leave for upstairs
RYOGA (in Akane's (Robed) body and voice)
Wait, Akane, it's this way.
KASUMI enters from other door
KASUMI
NABIKI-chan, What's wrong?
NABIKI
AKANE's back and she's acting stranger than ever, and
RYOGA was talking like he was Akane.
KASUMI
That's terrible, and now Father is acting strange too.
AKANE'S Bedroom
AKANE hands RYOGA some clothes.
AKANE
Here, put these on.
Close your eyes first!
RYOGA dresses quickly just outside the frame
[ let's keep our PG rating folks ]
[ Maybe we should do two versons,]
[ One for the US, and one for ]
[ the Japanes market... ]
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
So that's what I look like...
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)

AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
Eyes closed, pervert.
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)

RYOGA
Finishes dressing, sits at desk.
AKANE
Takes a deep breath, holds it a moment, lets it out.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
What was the last thing you remember?
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)
I remember falling into the tub.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
Hmm how about before that before that
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)
I was chasing Ranma, and he was chasing Happosai.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
It has to be something to do with Happosai and the
bath.
He kept us up all night with his experiments...
Wait! The book, (Beat) he just bought this ancient book
about the Ninjas.
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)
Let's go have a look for it.
HALLWAY outside Happosai's room
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)
Wait...
RYOGA
Takes a bandana from Akane's head, (another remains)
and he ties it in Japanese burglar style under his nose.
AKANE
Takes another and dose the same.
BGM: Sneaking around music a la Carl Staling
They sneak up to the door and listen
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
(Whispers) Nothing, he's gone
They slide open the door and enter
They begin to search, RYOGA opens a large chest and pulls out a
frilly bra. he holds it up.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
Hentai! keep looking.
RYOGA
Searches methodical around the room. In each box and drawer
he finds more underwear.
AKANE
Finds book on table, the table is still a shambles. Two tubes
of bluish liquid remain in the rack.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
This is it!
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)
I don't understand it.
AKANE (In RYOGA's body and voice)
It's in Chinese, stupid.
RYOGA (In Akane's body and voice)
Who do we know who can read Chinese?
RYOGA and AKANE look at each other.
